  • Asiago Cheese

    Just enough aged cheese to make a special loaf for any meal of the day.  Crusty on the outside, chewy inside.

    Ingredients: Water, whole wheat flour, unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), asiago cheese, rye flour, salt.

  • Cranberry Walnut

    Slightly sweet and full of wholesome goodness, this is great for breakfast or lunch.  Makes fabulous French toast!

    Ingredients: unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), walnuts, honey, canola oil, salt, yeast.

  • Organic Sprouted Wheat

  • Sourdough

    Made using an extended fermentation process with only naturally-occurring yeasts from Wood Street’s own starter.

    Ingredients: Water, whole wheat flour, unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), rye flour, salt.

  • Spicy Cheddar

    The taste of Wisconsin cheddar with a bit of a kick to finish.  Chewy and substantial, great for snacking, sandwiches, and as a dinner bread.

  • Swedish Limpa

    A hearty, moist rye loaf with subtle Scandinavian flavors and a touch of honey.
